I only brought my car to Caliber Collision because my insurance trusted the work. I would argue with my insurance company next time they send me to Caliber Collision.

When I first brought my car in for an estimate, I was shown how the guys use a light to find all the hail damage. I think the light must have been broken or not used because I found two dings that were not repaired. Now, I have to find time to bring the car back. Frustrating!!!

There were 3 people that I interacted with: the girl at the front desk, Steve, and Anthony (USAA Rep). Steve and Anthony were good. The girl needs better customer service. Maybe because it was the end of the day and she was tired that she just did not have the positive attitude and customer service. That's to me is an excuse. If you are on the clock and getting paid, you should always represent the best image of the company.

I work out of town, so it was important to me that I was able to leave the SUV when I brought it to have it appraised. I received regular updates, and it was very convenient to have the Hertz pick up on site and return the rental on site. All convenient adn time-savers.
