Greeting from the front desk everytime was very disappointing. Asked to repeat paperwork 3 times. First guy who did the estimate walked out and I had to call back a few times before I was informed it had to be done again. The process seemed like it was their first time anytime I walked in. A change in Travelers policy had to be explained every single time I showed up and even on the phone. It was a very frustrating experience. The receptionist or whoever you speak to when you walk in the door has very poor customer service skills.
