Generally, I was very satisfied. The only hitch was with the repair scheduling. I was told to bring my car in on Friday afternoon because a crew would be working on it over the weekend. When I dropped it off on Friday, though, I was told that the crew would not be working that weekend, or possibly only part time. So, I could have dropped the car off the following Monday and have avoided three days worth of rental car expenses. I would still rate the shop highly. This is just one area that could have been managed a bit better.

Everything went great from the point of dropping my vehicle off to picking it up. Andrew was perfect with updates throughout the days and week about my vehicle and had it finished 4 Days before the possible promise date , I never once had to call and get a status update. Thank you again for making my vehicle perfect again.
