Andrew was great to work with throughout the process. He kept me updated on the progress. When I was informed my vehicle was ready, the work was not fully completed as the front tow hooks were not installed. They weee forgotten about and still sitting in the bed of the truck. The front bumper was not properly positioned. I assisted one of the techs in raising it up to the proper level while he retightened the bolts. Upon getting home, the front left wheel well plastic shielding was still torn and flapping. When I reversed in the driveway is when I realized it had not been repaired due to it rubbing against the tire.
