Andrew was awesome and definitely made the experience less stressful - he explained in detail the process for fixing my car and frequently called to give updates. Everyone else at the shop were also very friendly and helpful. I love that my car also came back clean and I was able to immediately see the quality repair work that had been done.

back up sensor not installed right first time

had to bring it back because back up sensor wasn't fixed properly the first time. when i picked it up the second time, there were dirty boot prints on the drivers side floor mat.

The caliber team was extremely fast on the repair of my vehicle. Due to the very fast repair, I was unable to pick up my vehicle on the Friday afternoon it was completed. The caliber team was kind enough to offer to bring the vehicle to my location which was unexpected and a excellent gesture of perfect customer service. 5 stars on customer service and 5 stars on the repairs! Looks great and was done in half the time I expected. Excellent work!
