I have never had a vehicle in for service, other than for a car wash or oil change, that was done so quickly. I am completely happy with the work done, the personnel involved, and Calber Collision in general. I was kept informed in a timely manner of the repair progress by text. The repair charges were also less than prior estimates.

I spent over $ 3800.00 dollars to have my truck repaired and the work was not completed , he said the exhaust pipe chrome extension was not included in the estimate , I paid out of pocket for this repair for which the original estimate was 3500.00 not only did the price go up but all the work wasn't done, now he's telling me that I have to pay even more, I had an estimate for $ 3500.00 from Joe Hudson that would have covered everything but I went with you because you allegedly matched their bid and you were closer to my home, so I am not satisfied with the service and I won't be unless you finish the work for the amount I have paid, I have an attorney in my family and I will be calling him if this is not resolved.

This is my second visit to Calibur Collision on Hwy 276 in Rickwall. My first experience was good...this time was even better. I was very impressed with Mike Castroâs professionalism, his knowledge of car repairs, is very detail oriented, a good communicator, holds very high standards. He would not release my car until he was satisfied with the repairs. The employees who repaired my car did an excellent job an should be commended. Jackie was on top of her job as well. Everyone I talked to was down to earth and made you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this location of Caliber Collision to anyone. I thank them for a job well done. Even though my overall experience was good, I hope I donât see them for a very very very long time. LOL

Was very pleased with the results of my repairs. Mike is very knowledgeable about cars and adamant that my car was not released until all repairs of my car was right. The people that work there made feel very comfortable...they were all down to earth.
