The whole process/experience from start to finish was excellent... From scheduling with Jackie, appointment with Mike Castro, updates via text, to a phone call with another man (didnât catch his name) who ensured my repairs would be completed on time the day of pick up. Everyone seemed to really care about customer satisfaction. Mike has the perfect demeanor for a service advisor- mild mannered, knowledgeable, and an unhurried approach. He also happily helped me with a self pay question and repair item in a matter of minutes. Actual repairs were great and the lifetime warranty is icing on the cake. Thanks to ALL staff who helped me and the repair and body shop workers behind the scenes!
