Kevin was amazing. Communicated timely and was seemless to work with. Answered questions before I asked them. One bit of concern, when I spoke to the customer service representative at National (corporate), I was told Rockwall Caliber could fix my truck, however when I came in there was a concern that y’all don’t work on aluminum body trucks. It was quickly resolved, however it made me uneasy for a few minutes once I met Kevin. Kevin made this whole experience easy. I was also hesitant coming to caliber due to a previous vehicle. Kevin took that hesitation away at every step of the journey.
