After initial visit, adjuster was supposed to get back with me a week after I took it in. Once the week went by, and I called in to find out a drop off date and I was told that "I should take in my car to the dalership" and pay out of my pocket. I was then told that the rep from USAA would call me to discuss price. She never called and neither did the adjuster from Caliber
