I chose 1 because, unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've heard of poor customer service at this location. After my own experience, I mentioned it to a friend and learned she had a similar issue in the past — including being misled, even after her father (a mechanic) called them out on it. Knowing this, I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this shop.

I’m leaving this review solely based on the customer service experience I had at this particular location. I arrived approximately 15–20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, thinking that being early might help the process move along more efficiently. Upon arrival, I was given some paperwork to fill out and was told that someone would be with me in about five minutes — which I appreciated. However, after waiting an additional 20 minutes with no update, I approached the front desk to kindly check in and mentioned that I needed to return to work soon. Shortly after, Cameron came out, briefly introduced himself, and stepped outside to take a look at my car. The inspection lasted less than three minutes. Trying to lighten the mood, I joked that I came early hoping to make things easier for everyone. His response, delivered in a noticeably curt tone, was, “Well, I had other customers that I was dealing with at the time.” That effectively ended the conversation. While I understand that schedules can be busy, I had hoped for a more courteous and communicative interaction — especially since I made the effort to arrive early and be flexible. A little professionalism and warmth can go a long way.
