Not reliable. And felt taken advantage of. Again, Cameron doesn’t represent your company well.

The car was eventually fixed but the process was less than ideal. The overall cost and time needed to fix my car ended up being 3x what the estimate was from insurance. And Cameron was not helpful. Overpromised consistently and under-delivered. “I’ll keep you informed” and then nothing until I called back. And he eventually stopped being available. It was not the best experience, and I felt like I was being held hostage while they took their sweet time.

My vehicle was not working as I expected it to. It was not ready for pick up. I mentioned it to my repair technician and was told to have a diagnostic test done at a different shop. This is unacceptable customer service.

Michael Lopez the manager in San Carlos put lots of effort into getting my repairs completed in a timely fashion. On a side note, I did not realize you had two locations in San Carlos and traveled to the wrong location the first time. I would suggest you tell your new customers your address on the telephone or in a text when they come to your location for the first time. This is something that’s easy to do and it saves your customer a lot of time.

My experience was excellent! Agustin took care of every aspect of the repair, and the car rental. He kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and even finished 3 days early. The finished truck looks like a brand new one! Thank you Agustin and Caliber!
