Brian and the receptionist were fantastic and extra accomodating! I ended up at this shop because my car was damaged and the shop was recommended by the insurance company. However, in the future i will most certainly use their service! I was ensured all along the way as to how things were progressing and the job was done beyond satisfactory. While the work appears to have been done excellently, the customer service was very lacking. Employees didn't know the status of my vehicle. After promising completion by a certain date, I received an email telling me that the completion date would be more than a week later. Eventually after several calls, i was able to get them to complete the work by the original date. Additionally the Truck was sent to another location and the coordination between the Burlingame office and the San Carlos office was lacking.
