Would not recommend to anyone. Advised insurance company to not continue to have this shop as an authorized shop.

The shop did an extremely poor job repairing our vehicle. They attempted to give us our vehicle back without repairing the damaged bumper, a crack in the lift gate, the front lip not attached properly and polishing compound still on the car. The shop then took over another week to finish the repairs and the repainted parts of the car do not match the original car color and the rear lift gate is still cracked. We will have to get the car repaired again at another shop through our insurance's warranty program. We've advised our insurance to not have Caliber Collision as an authorized shop for its customers.

Caliber Collision was very thorough in every detail to get our car back in perfect. Our car was returned to us clean without any trace of the dented fender and side panels. Superb job!
