Lilly is amazing. She is so helpful and communicates well. I was frustrated because i came down as scheduled to get my car, and there was a man who did not introduce himself who came in the waiting room and made excuses and was really insulting which made things worse. If it weren't for Lilly I would not recommend Caliber. But Lilly makes up for that. The car looks great.

Amazing experience at Caliber Collision. My Mercedes S550 was repaired in just 2 days, a large dent on the quarter panel and sanding and painting of the front bumper. The car looks brand new. Lilly was fantastic and made everything easy. She was extremely professional and great at evaluating the damage for a fair price. Very thankful—highly recommend!
