I was notified that my car was ready for pickup on Friday, June 19th. However, the following day, I noticed that several items were missing from the vehicle: - The brand emblem letters "TSI" (Turbocharged Stratified Injection) on the right side of the cargo door. - The front license plate.

I would like to suggest that prior to releasing a car after a repair, a quality control check should be performed to ensure that all items on the vehicle have been put back together correctly.

I appreciate the efforts of everyone involved to provide an overall suitable experience for me as a first-time customer through my insurance company. The car wash accommodation after repairs is a nice touch. I'm thankful that I was told that I can come back for repair reassessment as needed. I hope it is okay if I provide some feedback. 1. Providing pre and post pictures to the vehicle owner, especially since my catalytic converter was stolen off of my vehicle in front of my house while I was sleeping. Having visual proof of pre/post repair is reassurance. 2. Letting the owner know that their car may not sound the same as it did before the damage and upon repairs is vital. I can still hear a minor noise when I accelerate similar to the sound I heard with the catalytic converter being stolen off of my car, after the repair completion. 3. Offer up to a more precise explanation of warranty prior to payment. Maybe even provide that warranty information to the owner prior to payment at the counter so they have more time to read and digest what it means.
