I really appreciate the service I received! The woman at the desk was friendly, efficient, and so helpful! I appreciated the frequent updates about my car and that the work was completed sooner than expected! I’m very happy with the work and I appreciated that I was asked before the license plate was mounted because I didn’t want to drill holes in the new bumper! Outstanding service. I will definitely bring my car back here next time. And thank you for letting me keep the projectile that was stuck in my grill!

The repair was done sooner than expected and everything is great! I appreciated how helpful the woman at the desk was (sorry I didn’t ask her name!) and that I was updated about my vehicle daily! I also appreciate that they detailed the interior! I wasn’t expecting that at all. I’ll definitely bring my car here again and would recommend to a friend.

The process was super fast and easy from start to finish. The staff was polite and thorough with explanations. The text updates were super helpful so that I could plan ahead . The office was tidy and comfortable. I really felt welcome. I was encouraged and helped with observing the finished work before signatures and payment. Finally, and the best….my car was returned washed and absolutely spotless !!!!!! Such a great perk ! Thanks Caliber Collision !

We are completely satisfied with the work done on the car and the customer services. The parts were damaged when the shop received them so they had to reorder making the whole progress of repair take much longer than needed. Otherwise, they were excellent and I would recommend this shop to anyone.
