From day one, Veyanga helped me to get a rental car, and Michael dropped me off at the rental location when Veyanga heard I was having problems. I had one of THE BEST experiences with Caliber!! On 39th street in San Leandro. I worked with Vianca Carta and she was seriously incredible! She communicated & coordinated efficiently to get everything done. I’ve never had someone be such an advocate for me with getting my car fixed. My car was broken into and window was busted from the break in. I’m a travel nurse and have to drive cross country home and she made sure to make everything happen timely & soon, even when the new window had arrived broken. She also went above and beyond and coordinated with caliber glass (with Lillian) who was also great. She provided excellent service in spite of all the random hurdles and my difficult insurance adjuster. She made sure I had a ride home when my car was in the shop and worked with me to get my car back in a timely manner. She is amazing, best customer service hands down!!! She really cares and deserves the world.
