10/10 service was more than perfect. Staff was very welcoming , super helpful and had positive attitude . My car was in and out. Estimate was 5 days they had it done in 2 days. Staff was Absolutely helpful and more than willing to take that extra step to make sure I was satisfied. Everything was perfect from the customer service received down to the performance and repair of my car!

This experience with caliber collision has put on the fence for recommending a friend or family. As a professional, it would have been impossible in good conscience for me to return a vehicle to the owner with visible damage still present under a coat of paint. As a professional it would have been more cost effective to replace the hood of the car than to paint over what is already there and can be seen with the naked eye. This is my opinion as was asked for. What is the solution?

The staff was very kind and welcoming at first but then became very distant and disconnected when I raised my concerns about the quality of the repair. I had to contact the shop multiple times in order for them to rectify the problem

Our experience with Caliber Collision was wonderful. My husband and I have nothing but glowing remarks about the service provided by Elisa Alvarado and Vianca Carta. They kept us updated regarding when our car would be ready to pick up, reviewed with us the repair work, etc. Kudos to Luis too. We would highly recommend Caliber Collision!!

My car had some extensive damages from my recent car accident and is taking a little bit longer to repair as they had to send my car to the dealership for additional repairs. However, the team at this location, especially Elisa has been so on point with the communication of the whole process and providing updates along the way to assure me they are on top of it all.

well, I wouldn’t say *completely* satisfied — we clients always *want* to get our vehicles back ASAP, but things get in the way. I cannot adequately convey my gratitude towards Caliber Collision, and the 139th Ave location. Despite several new issues that cropped up during my repair, Caliber remained in nearly daily contact, updating me on progress, as well as communicating regularly with my insurer to facilitate extensions of my car rental. I need to primarily credit Vianca for these efforts. Finally, I laud Alyssa for managing the magical transformation of my car. In the hours before her well-deserved vacation, she went above-and-beyond to make sure the parts were ordered, picked-up the slack immediately upon returning, adjusted to an interruption in the supply chain due to a blockade of the freeways by Palestine solidarity activists, and returned my Volt sparkling, brand new! Somehow, a few minor maintenance issues were magically resolved in the meantime. El Pueblo que lucha, triunfa!
