I had dropped my car at caliber collision for repair, the people there were friendly and helpful. I really like how they offer me if I wanted msg or call about my update on the repairs. In couple minutes I was able to receive msg from them and update about my repair and estimate when my car be done by. Christ was very friendly going over the repair and marking sure my car look new from the beginning. After picking up my car. They even wash and vacuum my vehicle for me. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to them.

I am mostly satisfied with the repair, but would've liked the rim of the wheel replaced (damage from the accident was superficial, but still damaged). There is a lot of marks and dirt in the car that weren't there previously, so it would have been nice if the inside of the car was protected; now the car needs detailing if I want the marks and stains removed. Lastly, the lead on my car, Felipe, lacked customer service support when I called to ask for status updates.
