Taking my car to Caliber Collision in San Leandro was a very positive experience. My vehicle had been recovered after being stolen, and I was also attending my niece’s funeral services during that time, which made the situation especially stressful. Despite this, the team at Caliber Collision was transparent and provided me with peace of mind throughout the entire process. The office manager, Jackie, kept me consistently updated while my vehicle was in the shop, which I truly appreciated. I will be recommending the San Leandro location to family and friends in the future.

Caliber Collision (CC) staff (Victor) was very communicative from beginning to end and during the vehicle repair process, including offering me a ride to enterprise rental when we learned that the rental company was short resourced that day. Additionally, and as I have always experienced with CC, the team did beautiful work on my vehicle!!! I will always recommend and use CC for related vehicle repairs if required! Thank You!
