Caliber Collision just did a great job on our Nissan Frontier that was rear-ended recently on the Bay Bridge westbound returning from San Francisco mid July. The rear bumper and tow hitch was bent and the truck body had damage behind it. CC fixed the damage within 5 days. They also fixed an older dent on the house! The vehicle was returned to us as washed and cleaned inside out. Exterior detailed. On top of that they did some extra work,an odd job welding a collar to a dumbell so it stayed on while using for working out. They later said it was free of charge! They even painted it, seriously. This is a clean shop and office. Everyone is friendly, patient and easy to work with. We HIGHLY recommend them.

I highly recommend CC. Their facility is clean. Customer parking is right in front of the entrance and includes parking for people with disabilities. They also did an extra job unrelated to the repairs to my truck that was rear-ended, by the way, on the Bay Bridge in mid July. I was not charged for that extra work. I intend to bring our vehicles to this shop in the future. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Ross (he's in charge) is easy to work with and will listen to any concerns. Mo handled the initial repair order and made some great suggestions based on initial inspection. Starr at the front desk is professional and efficient. Listened to my preferences and requests and followed up with updates.

Everyone at Caliber Collision was very nice and professional. I can’t think of everyone’s name off the top of my head but when I brought my car in, the receptionist was kind enough to call around to multiple Enterprise locations to try to find me the vehicle size I wanted and was very patient. The owner of the shop was really friendly and walked me through the entire process. He explained what he was going to be doing to the car and made sure I knew that they were going to make sure the job was done right before returning the car back to me. I was give timeline in which the car would be done and it was completed before schedule. He even remembered who I was when I picked up my car. MO kept me informed on the progress every step of the way by texting me. When I picked up the car he went over the paperwork with me and talked to me about the repairs that were made. This shop did an awesome job from the repairs to the paint. In fact, the parts that were painted were a perfect match; I even inquired about having my Jeep painted there in the future (my hood and side panels). Oh, the best part of the repairs for me? My car was washed and vacuumed before I picked up. This may not sound like a big deal to anyone else but you would have to see what it looked like when I took it in to understand. Thanks to everyone at Caliber Collision for getting me through this process. I appreciate you. Choosing Caliber Collision was one of my best decisions...

I have had 3 people ask me when the fender was repainted. The color is matched however the clear coat does not have the same factory clarity. So when you transition from the door which is clear to the fender your reflection is blurry. There were also new scratches on the tailgate which they said they will fix.
