Your entire staff was pleasant & professional, & helped to make what could have been a stressful situation easy to deal with. The work done on my car was great, & I appreciated all the little things - refreshments in your waiting room, detailing the inside of my car, being able to drop my rental car at your premises, & especially the fact that when any one of your team was not available, another team member stepped up & took over. I really felt you went the extra mile all the way around, & will not hesitate to refer any of my family or friends to your shop.

I brought my car in after a collision which wasn’t my fault. Walked into the facility in San Leandro, Ca. Very clean and comfortable waiting area great customer service. They kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and was finished a few days earlier then anticipated. They took care of the insurance paperwork and as a female customer I was very satisfied my car looks great . Thanks!!

Overall, the interaction with the staff was great. The only feedback I have is to notify people via phone and email. I don't answer calls if I don't know the number; I just let those roll to voicemail, which I'm also bad at checking. I think I'm not alone in that so calling and emailing is a good idea.
