The staff there (San Leandro location) are super friendly and professional. I had contact with Mike, Ross, and Star and they are very helpful and I couldn't ask for more. The bodywork for my BMW is also EXCELLENT! I love my experience with caliber collision at San Leandro location.

I was so surprised that rear bumper (plastic) was repaired perfectly. It looks like bringing a new bumper and attached it. Bumper's color, reflection and smoothness was exactly same as the new one. How you guys did it. Thanks, Kazuo

From the moment I entered the shop I was greeted with a friendy and professional young lady at the front desk. I don't remember the names of the kind gentlemen who helped me but he also was very kind. He explained what needed to be and kept me updated with every action needed to be done to complete the repairs. My car was ready sooner than expected which was great!
