The reason why I gave them a 10 the customer service number one was great they fixed my car within a day and a half he also gave me some good advice what I should do to prevent them from stealing my Cadillac converter again or either it will slow down the process that was great and it washed my car my car has been washed like in 8 months okay but once again I give them a chance customer service fabulous very friendly they get the job done no problem he even told me where to get my rental car from okay and I want to thank them once again thank you caliber collision

Great service, seamless and transparent. They went far beyond the damage parameters and cleaned and polished other areas of the car which had substantial decal residue. They communicated with our insurance on our behalf to reduce costs and reevaluate the damage without compromising the quality of work. Would definitely return.

I cannot give a 10 rating however because repair was incomplete and technician did not check that the seat lever near the trunk was reattached and functional prior to pick up. When I returned to ask to fix it, I was told that I had to go through my insurance. This does not align with the warranty on parts and repairs I was promised.

I should of had my car by Tuesday. Instead it was pushed off until Friday. A car does not take 10 days for somewhat minor body work. I was also given three different estimates in that time.
