I was so impressed with Caliber Collision. They were incredible. From the day I brought my car in they were hands on. Melissa was wonderful. She could see how upset I was and took the time to explain what to expect. They kept me up to date every day on the status of my car. When the car was ready it was due to be released on a Friday, however, a part came in damaged and that put it into the weekend, so Daniel, the manager, came in on the Memorial Day weekend, so they could give the car to me. I cannot say enough about the care, professionalism and timely service they provided. And, my car looks like new.

Everything ran smoothly and they had my car ready before the estimated time. They also washed so it was nice and clean when I picked it up. Looks as good as new!
