The repair took over 30 days for minor damage. I understand that there was trouble finding a new headlight. I do not think much effort was made to expedite the repair. On the day when it was finally supposed to be ready, I called and they said it would be one more day. I put a bit on pressure on Gary and he said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Clearly the car could of been ready that day, but they felt no urgency even after 30 days. I will not use your company again.

The staff and management keep the customer informed if your car will be finished ahead of time, on time, or possibly a delay due to availability of specific parts that are needed and when the parts should arrive. The manager will give the customer a new estimated completion date and time. r
