Professional, attentive, customer focused from the initial estimate through completion. Very good communication especially compared to a prior repair we had done at a different shop (reason we didn’t go back to the previous shop). While I hope there’s not a “next time” if we have auto body repair needs would absolutely return.

The service was second to none! My estimator Gary Maldonado was very professional and explained everything throughly. Communication during the repair was also top notch. The repairs were done quicker than I expected. Can’t say good enough things about Caliber Collision. I gave them a 10+!
