I think the shop is skilled and honest. I was surprised that the quote went from $4+k to $7+k, but their communication was pretty good and photos demonstrated their challenges with the bumper.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work they have done on my car. However, their staff is not that friendly. They don't greet the customer when they walk into the body shop. Demonstrating great customer service wins the customer's heart to the point that they can refer their friends or relatives to the body shop.
