My experience with Caliber was beyond great! Caliber was suggested by State Farm – but did not anticipate having such an awesome experience. Caliber has locations nearby with the one in San Ramon close to home and easy to find. Had great ease working with staff, from the receptionist at the front desk, to Daniel Mendez, Gen Mgr, and Jose Serna, Svc Advisor, and appreciated their thorough inspection of my vehicle (Toyota RAV4) and with answering my questions. Was kept up to date on the progress of the body work and windshield replacement, which were done well and have a lifetime warranty. The car was returned to me in immaculate condition and on time. I would highly recommend Caliber for their quality work and a satisfying experience.

The Caliber team was efficient, polite, and friendly. if my assigned rep wasn’t available anyone else seem to have the knowledge to answer. My questions. It took me a while to make the decision on where I was going to get my repair done and the Caliber team did a great job of following up, answering my questions and making me know they were available and there to assist, regardless of what direction I was going to go. Once I started the process, everything was smooth delivery time as expected and I like the technology of the continuous updates, etc.. Thank you too, Jose, Daniel, and all the rest behind the scenes
