They did a very good job .if I had known that the vehicle could have been dropped off at the same time as an estimate, I would have been much prepared and also, giving a heads up that a certain minimum amount of fuel in the vehicle was required would have been helpful as I would have to come three times( including the trip for an estimate)to drop my vehicle. I was so happy that on the day of my pick up, the staff was willing to stay longer if I could not come by closing time

some features are not working, like seat position preset, driver side mirror was way out of position, had to be readjusted, Trunk was left open under tree so there is lot of tree pollen and other debries that needs to be vacuumed, driver side door has a scratch that was not there before, but they said it was there etc.

I have already told several friends and family members about the great experience that I had at the Caliber Collision in San Ramon. The entire staff was great, but the manager Daniel was the one person that really made this repair process experience stand out. You can't ask for a nicer person to work with.

My recent experience with Caliber Collision in San Ramon has been nothing short of amazing. I initially met with my estimator Gary and then had the pleasure of working with the manager Daniel. Daniel was awesome and made the entire process stress free. He stayed in contact every step of the way and hit all of the dates and times we talked about. I have been to many body shops over the years and Daniel has me a Caliber Collision customer for life.

The front desk person was very friendly and professional. My estimator, Gary was great. He took the time to carefully document the damage and explain the repair process. The Manager Daniel was the person that put my experience over the top. He was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire repair process. The quality of the repair was outstanding and he made sure my vehicle was washed prior to me picking it up. This is hands down the best body shop I have ever used.

I have always had great experiences with Caliber. Professionalism, timing and quality of work and this last experience just got better. I was having issues getting back from San Francisco before close of business on a Friday. They offered to drive my car to my home nearby so I could have it for the weekend.
