Took a bit longer than I wished it could be (but Caliber provided ETA and the car was ready by that time). Other than that - everything else was very good - regular update, reachability (Melissa always returned the calls, and called herself with important updates), and, most important, result was excellent. Another little complaint- the new car smell was a bit too strong:)
