The repair was good and text updates were good. However I was pressured to come pick up and pay for my car before the job was completed, they wanted me to return when the part was received. Manager resolved that but it was quite an unpleasant experience. Aldo while the text messages were very good, every time I was called with important information it went straight to voice mail, no ringing. So it was just dumb luck I noticed I had a voicemail when the car was finally ready. You need to fix that.

I’m honestly not too happy about the repairs themself. I asked why my number doesn't look like it fits good and she said its cause its after market etc. but then getting it home my hood fits different as well and the gap between my light hood is way bigger on the side that was fixed compared to the other side. When I got home my husband said if he was with me when I picked it up we wouldn’t of taken it. We have had caliber fix multiple cars of ours and we have always been happy with the results. I thoight I had scheduled this repair at the same location we have always used but when dropping it off we realized it was a different one but figured it would be fine. In the end I wish we would have taken it to the other location. I don't have time to be without a car again either so its a hassle to even try to bring it back for them to do a better job.
