It was super efficient and easy. The guy I worked with (Adrian? I think that was his name) was super helpful and gave me advice on how to do insurance stuff too that helped me a lot. My car also looks nice and runs well, so I'm happy

The repairs that were completed are excellent however when inspecting the completed work with the technician I identified the black plastic step cover on the rear bumper was not properly attached. The technician stated that if I have any problem with it to contact the shop. It has fell off with the license plate and lost. Be contacting Caliber Collision in the AM!
