The quality of body work was excellent, as was the people in the office. The 2 issues I have are 1. I was told it would take 3 days to complete and it took 6 days ( 4 work day and the weekend), the reason this was an issue is because I payed for insurance through Enterprise and the extra 3 days cost me $45.00. The second issue was when they washed the car the protective film by between the front side window and the middle side window on the passenger side was damaged, probably caused by high pressure sprayer, and the top of the car and some windows had hard water spots all over.

Very friendly and helpful and I especially appreciated the almost daily updates on what was being done at that moment. My repaired car looks fabulous. It seems like a brand new car. That they washed it and cleaned the inside is impressive. I can’t say enough about the top notch care as well as professionalism especially by Scott in the front office.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Scott was the man who helped me and was so knowledgeable and would keep me informed almost everyday about the progress on the repairs and any other problems that might have popped up. When I picked up the car it was sparkling clean inside and out. If I could have left a 10+ rating I would be very happy.

I would give them above a 10 if that was possible. There were major delays on the side of my insurance company and Scott at Caliber called to give me updates every 2-3 days over the course of a month long delay to let me know what was going on and what he was doing to help.

Keysha and Scott were wonderful! Very good at keeping me informed of what was going on with my truck throughout the process.
