Everyone was helpful and friendly. They took time with me and I didnt feel rushed! Mike was very thorough in looking at my car and noting the damage. I was kept informed regarding the progress they were making in repairing my car. Repairs were made in a very reasonable time. My car looks great now. I"m very satisfied with Caliber Collision!
