My car looks brand new. I was so excited! Very good craftsmanship. I did have an issue where my passenger window got scratched. You hooked me up to go get it repaired and you’ll take care of the cost. Kind of a bummer to have to be without a car again for a while. But, you were all very kind. I was also pleased with how quickly the repair was done. I had a lot that needed to be done and it took days less than anticipated. Thank you!

The receptionist/billing person was delightful. We did not appreciate the attitude of the rep that evaluated the car. The rep did give us timely updates regarding the car's status.

When we brought the car in customer rep was not listening to our description of the damage and even after another senior employee looked at the damage and confirmed the damage was from the accident, she refused to advocate for what we told her and what the other employee felt was true or related to accident damage.
