While the repairs to the outside of my 4Runner turned out and looked great, I did find a lot of dust and residue on the inside of my car. While cleaning that up, I found the SR5 emblem that is supposed to be affixed to the outside of my 4Runner on the driver’s side aft of the middle row door underneath the rear cargo mat (I think this has been under there since the first set of repairs back in 2020). I’d like to get that reattached to my car.

As far as the repairs go, it looks great! We also appreciate how there was ongoing communication. Everyone was really friendly. The only thing we would say that could have been helpful is that someone could have gone the extra mile to see if we wanted our other light detailed so that it matches the new one as closely as possible. Even if we had to pay a bit for it. Would have appreciated a reach out to discuss it and the offer. All in all, great job!

Great job on the repair! It would have been nice if someone would have reached out to ask us if we wanted our other headlight done as well. Even if only detailing. That way they would have matched better. Other than that, we are very pleased.

they were very informative on the process of getting my car fixed in the beginning letting me know whats going to happen and how theyre going to inform me throughout the process. they stayed true to their word and let me know when my car was moved locations and when my car was dismantled. they let me know when my car was almost done and when my car was moved back. they were supper friendly and their customer service was amazing
