they were very informative on the process of getting my car fixed in the beginning letting me know whats going to happen and how theyre going to inform me throughout the process. they stayed true to their word and let me know when my car was moved locations and when my car was dismantled. they let me know when my car was almost done and when my car was moved back. they were supper friendly and their customer service was amazing

The gap between the hood and front right panel was uneven. And there is new rattle that was not there before the repair

Caliber started out as a 1. The initial intake process was so bad, I almost switched shops (and should have). Unprofessional. The shop didn't get aroudn to finish the estimate for 3 weeks. Then updated me via text that it would be over 6 weeks longer than originally promised. Terrible service. In the end, the only reason this is a 5 is that Devin did a very good job coming in as a new manager to expedite and try to make things right. They still were another week later than the revised promised date because they missed a airbag repair until the final walk-through. Hopefully Devon can get things turned around there. I appreciated his taking ownership of a bad situation he did not cause and communicating well. This 5 should not in any way reflect poorly on him.

Car was finished before estimated delivery time and the quality of work exceeds our expectation. The whole experience with Caliber Collision from the office to the final delivery was exceptional.
