Jordan Ringelman was my service advisor and I was extremely satisfied and impressed with her service. She was friendly, helpful, and patient with all my questions. She came off very genuine when telling me to contact her any time and really made me feel like a priority. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process sending me pictures of my vehicle and helping me through decisions. On top of that, my car was fixed a week earlier then originally quoted and looks great! Based on the damage, I’m thankful to the entire team for getting my car fixed as quickly as they did, as it was a great surprise and helpful to get it back early. My whole process with caliber was easy and comfortable, which I appreciate because I was already stressed out enough about the damage to my vehicle. Although I hope to never have to return, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to caliber for vehicle repairs (if needed) and would love to have Jordan as my service advisor again. She really made the whole process simple and painless. She and her team deserve to be recognized for the great customer service they provide.
