I was mostly frustrated over the poor communication. I asked to be notified when the car was ready and I didn't receive notification I asked for. Then when I went to pick up the car after receiving a notification the night before that the car was ready after the shop had closed. The car still wasn't completely ready. Overall it was a bit frustrating.

The repair looks good. The repair took longer than estimated due to slow part delivery. I understand that could have been beyond your control, but I was frustrated with the lack of communication. I was told a couple of times Jordan would get back to me and she failed to do so.

Kelsie was amazing in keeping me informed and updated. She went over and above her responsibility. Initially repairs to my vehicle were going to be into next week. I had a deadline for this week and she made that happen. She exemplifies what level 10 customer service should be!!! Her positive attitude and personality are second to none. I kind of thought that when the painting was done that whole parts that were damaged and fixed, that the whole part would be repainted, guess I was wrong, the few scratches and scuffs left I’m really not sure if it was part of the accident or old ones. So that is really my only complaint.

Kelsie and before her Makayla did a great job keeping me updated on the progress and problems with my Truck repair. Kelsie even had her guy fix the dent and scratch on the right side of the truck (non collision side). I haven't seen the truck in person yet. My son is driving it home to California for me.
