The people I dealt with directly were helpful and easy to work with, but the communication among the various service representatives was not good. I talked with more than 4 reps and at times they didn't seem to know that I was in communication with other reps. For example, I spoke to a guy on June 11th, who notified me that the repair was complete. He asked whether I wanted to pick the car up in Sandy or have it towed to the State Street office, where I'd dropped off the vehicle. I told him State Street, but that information was not relayed to other members of the team including Darci, who had texted me later that day. When I went to pick up the car on Monday, the vehicle had not been towed to State Street. It all worked out in the end, but it was confusing at times to know who to talk to, which office to contact. It would be better to have a single point person.

Your service advisor. Susan held my hand all the way from beginning and thank you. Couldn’t have been more. Please also enjoyed the reception we had with your receptionist both times we were there very helpful. Took care of the rental car for me. He’s great.
