The repairs took longer than expected but I don’t think that is because of Caliber Collision. It appeared to me that the repair was much more difficult than anticipated. Darci kept us up to date with information and was very apologetic.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision after my car was rear-ended. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful during what could have been a stressful situation. Darci, my estimator and main point of contact, was absolutely fantastic. She kept me consistently updated throughout the repair process, making sure I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Her communication was timely, clear, and reassuring, which gave me a lot of confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Every staff member I interacted with had a friendly, positive demeanor and treated me with genuine care and respect. The repairs themselves were completed beautifully — my car looks as good as new! I truly appreciate the level of customer service and craftsmanship Caliber Collision provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I ever needed their services again.

From the very start, they were polite, friendly, and professional on the inspection of my truck. They kept me informed of the progress daily. They finished the work 1 day ahead of schedule and my truck was perfect when I picked it up. Very professional.
