My adjuster Tracy was hard to get in contact with and never gave any updates about the process of getting the police report. She also had the same voicemail about being on vacation until the end of the month, Almost 2 weeks after the voicemail said that she would be back in the office she never called back. Other than that she was helpful when I could get in touch.

Marsha at the front desk was incredibly efficient and made the drop-off and check-in process seamless. My adjuster, Chris, was highly professional throughout the entire process—he kept me updated every step of the way via text message, which I really appreciated. To top it off, my vehicle was ready well ahead of the deadline! I am absolutely thrilled with the repairs; the workmanship is excellent, and it looks like a brand-new car. Highly recommend!
