My repair took one to two days later then estimated, which is no big deal but when I called on the second day to check on the status I was put for "just a moment" on a five minute hold and then when I hung up and called back the same thing happened for three minutes until I gave up. Shortly after that someone called me back, I guess because I left my name. I run a business and I would never allow my receptionist to put someone on hold that long.
