Great except when I picked up my car the brand new light they had replaced what scratch and it's something that will need to be sanded and rubbed out or replaced. When I picked up my car I was in a rush as I was late for work. The gentlemen that helped with my car said I could bring it back but I still haven't had the chance

As I said the body work was fine but that is twice now that there was either a mechanical or an electronical problem when returned.

The body work done by Caliber was great but they did not check the electronics before we picked up the car.

The body work was great but they did not check if the electronics worked before we picked up the car. It required another trip to Caliber and 2 trips to The Honda dealer. We live 45 minutes from both places, so it was very disaccomodating.

Cant ever get anyone to call you back, returned my truck with smudged paint and a messed up tailgate and trash all in the back of my tahoe. WORST place i have EVER taken my truck to. I have had my truck back for two weeks and will be returning it shortly because one of the problems i had with the tailgate is still happening even though they claimed to fix it.

Can never get a phone call back. Promised time and time again i would get a phone call later that day and i would end up calling the next afternoon because i never recieved a phone call back.
