I would recommend over-estimating how long the repairs might take instead of overestimating. My car was done 1.5 weeks after I was initially told a day it may be done.

The only thing I will say is that would be great if you guys could vacuum toroughly the broken glass that was left. I still found little pieces of glasses in the passenger seat.

All of the updates and information provided regarding the condition of my vehicle were accurate and appreciated. However, I would like to bring attention to two issues that I discovered after taking possession of the vehicle. First, the warning indicator stating that the Emergency Braking System is unavailable appeared the day after I picked up the vehicle. This warning was not present prior to the service, and I am concerned that it may be related to the work performed or an issue that was not identified during the inspection. Additionally, I noticed a 3 dents on the roof of my vehicle. I am confident that this damage was not present before the vehicle was serviced. I regularly hand wash my vehicle and pay close attention to its condition, including any dents, scratches, or imperfections in the paint. Because of this, I am very familiar with the vehicle’s exterior and would have immediately noticed such damage had it existed beforehand. I would appreciate having these concerns reviewed and addressed as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

It’s Sunday afternoon at 3 PM. Y’all took my bed off the truck and didn’t align my gas tank back in. I cannot get my gas cap off because it’s wedged inside the bed. I have 54 miles to empty.

There's only so much a person can do to help when it comes to certain situations but given the circumstances, I believe I was helped by individuals that understood my struggles.
