I want to sincerely thank Julissa and Cesar for their outstanding assistance with the restoration of my rear bumper. Unfortunately, after being hit from behind again, I had to return to Caliber Collision, and I’m truly grateful I was paired with them. Julissa made sure my vehicle was well taken care of throughout the entire process and kept everything smooth and professional. On top of that, I recently had surgery and was unable to come to the shop myself, so Cesar went out of his way to personally deliver my vehicle to my residence as a courtesy. That level of kindness and customer service meant a lot to me, especially during recovery. He absolutely did not have to do that, and I truly appreciate both of them for going above and beyond. I trust Caliber Collision with my vehicle and truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and customer service they continue to provide.
