Overall the car was returned in a less than spotless condition while compound residue was left scattered all over the vehicle, vehicle had a sweaty smell and had grease stains on handle of car. I am not Interested returning my car for repairs.

The damage was fixed however the car was returned in a less than satisfactory condition. Dirty interior and buffing debris left all over the car. There were grease stains left on leather and smelled so bad when I received my vehicle. I will not be returning to this location.

I really appreciate being kept updated on the status of my vehicle. This is my second time coming here, and the staff has consistently been friendly and respectful. They truly understand that this is your vehicle and that you expect it to be returned in the same pre-existing condition it was in. I also like that if they can't reach you by phone, they follow up with a text message. That level of communication matters. Jesus was especially kind and helpful. I wanna I picked up my truck. They told me there was a popping noise that happened every now and then on the right side of my truck is where the lady hit me. I think that was a warranty problem, but that noise was never there until the accident, I think they probably miss something. I am gonna take it to GM to have it checked shouldn’t have to do that.

Did a good job on fixing the body but when I picked it up, they said it had a popping noise which wasn’t there before I had the wreck and they said that it could be the transmission. Took it to GMC to see if they can find out what the noise is. I drove it and heard the noise several times too. Don’t know where it’s coming from. It could be a suspension noise also.
