Everything was great except that the tires were supposed to be Pirelli, they’re an American brand, Cooper instead. Other than that, I’m completely satisfied

Lug nuts were not tightened

Customer Service

Tires are not Pirelli. Rims aren’t the correct rims either. I waited a month and a half for all the wrong stuff. Also, they never gave me the key to the wheel lock

My Experience

My car not only looks good, but the car felt good on the drive home.

We're still not done with repairs, so I'm not sure why we're getting this.

Customer Service

I've not been able to talk to anyone to get updates. Phone just rings nonstop. The automated status updates via text are really nice.

My Experience

I feel that the quality and craftsman ship put into the repairs that went into my vehicle were beyond subpar. I dropped off the vehicle on 10-18 and anticipated completion was a week. I spent over over 4 weeks waiting and total 2 unsuccessful trips until it was ready and even then I am not fully satisfied. On 11-4-21 the Explorer was supposedly ready. Took time from work to pick up to find several details that were over look and really showed the lack for providing the utmost quality in a repair. You could see where the painters didn't feather out. The estimator admitted that the painters have a hard time doing that sometimes. The lift gate wasn't lined up. You could tell the contours of the body to the lift gate were off by 1/2". I didn't even attempt to open the lift gate but there was enough red flags to not accept the car. I'm a bit shocked they even attempt to deliver a vehicle as complete in the shape it was in. Maybe they felt since I thought I was a woman, even though I'm a man they felt I wouldn't see those details. (The text message were referred to me as a Ms.) Essentially I lost a few hours of work to pick up a car that wasn't remotely ready. I was told it would be done the next day. 1 week went by without any updates. I received it would be ready the next day a week after. I requested time to leave work early to go pick up and didn't receive any notification the next day. I finally received an update 4 days later on Friday that it would be ready the following week. I finally was notified it was ready. I again took time to go there. They did fixed all the problems I pointed out and it look great. I was finally ready to open the lift gate and it makes an incredible awful noise when you open it and it would pop the lift gate so something wasn't lined up right and it was locking in a bind. I was fairly upset that something as simple as opening the lift gate before delivering a fixed vehicle that had damage on the lift gate passed someone's inspection. Again, I felt like they thought since I was a woman they thought I wouldn't see that detail. I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to adjust the locking mechanism. This is ridiculous that I would have to check every detail to make sure the car is back in the shape before the wreck. The details were obvious details. The weather stripping on the lift gate was also tore. The estimator said it was ordered but hadn't arrived. Why would they deliver a vehicle that is not completed. Now I have to make the drive there one more time and wait for them to fix something that should have been fixed while the truck was in the shop for almost 5 weeks. At this point the noise when the lift opens is way louder than before the wreck. I wanted to leave the shop since I had other things I had to tend to. I'm at a loss how such a small repair (bumper and lift gate damage took as long as it did). I had worked done at a Caliber Colliision and the damage was more substantial and they finished in 15 days. I can't see myself doing business with this particular location. I can offer more detail as there were other issues but these are only related to the vehicle.

Part of the glove department doesn’t shut all the way down. I can see a slit at the bottom of it.

Customer Service

Horrible customer service. My truck was in the shop for 3 weeks and they never would give me an honest update about what was going on. They would say it would be ready one day and then I wouldn’t get any updates or phone calls. I work night shift as a nurse so my day time is limited and they kept playing games. I had to get my boyfriend involved and to take over because they weren’t communicating anything with me. They ended up ordering the wrong part and NEVER TOLD ME!!! They washed and waxed the truck for free and apologized to my boyfriend but still. That’s so ridiculous and I will not be using them ever again.

A couple of issues. I was told my car would be ready by Friday and it wasn’t ready until Monday. I noticed a cupcake or food stain on my console like someone had ate or spilled something in my car. I was also expecting the repair to look “brand new” but the panel is not flush with the rest of the car.

My car was in there 3.5 months and I'm about to have to return for further adjustments/repairs... Not super satisfied.

Customer Service

Took forever. I know there's supply chain issues, but there were multiple diagnostics done at different times, for things I told them that were damaged when I turned in the vehicle. And that caused multiple parts orders which all took longer than usual. Plus I have to take the car back tomorrow because the headlights flickers, there's a horribly loud screeching noise when the car is in reverse and it is riding rough like something is wrong with one of the tires/wheels.

My Experience

It was pouring when I dropped it off so we really didn’t to go over much. Once I left I called Hector to try and discuss getting some other cosmetic stuff taken care of, but never heard back. Oh well. The text system is off as I was notified that my truck would be ready after the weekend, which I then got a follow up text saying it was ready for p/u that same day. Ok, I’ll make a small change in my schedule. Went to pick it up and immediately I could see the difference in where they painted vs where they didn’t. They said they’d work on a Saturday to get it done. I appreciated that, since I had to leave town ASAP. I was busy Saturday so had to get my truck after hours. Went to get it after they’d all left and when I saw it in the sun, the paint color doesn’t even match. I was forced to go here by Geico, didn’t want to. This is why.

Staff is nice and metal work is good. Seems to be an inexperienced paint staff and quality control is nonexistent based on final appearance.

Repair Quality

Metal work looks good. Paint job is surprisingly bad.

Customer Service

Overall people were nice. I called and asked to speak with Hector in the beginning of the job and never heard back. I wanted to get more done
