Anna was awesome! I had two claims and she made this so smooth! She took great care of me and my vehicle looks good as new. It’s always unnerving having to have body work done but this experience just makes me glad that I always go to Caliber Collision. Thanks for such a great experience which could have otherwise been stressful and Again, Anna is amazing!

Christian was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process of getting my car repaired. He updated me often on his own to make sure I was up to date with the repairs ... I could go to any caliber collision but I will be going back to that particular location because service is as 5 stars!

Overall, customer service was very good. When I first went to drop off my car, people kept disappearing into the back of the office. I had to call from the office lobby to get someone to come out to the front desk. First, when I got there at my appointment time and after I got the Enterprise reservation code. I thought that was weird.
